各商品ページに表示しています。

表示価格に、当店が消費税などの税金を上乗せすることはありません。表示価格がお支払いの総額です（送料は別にかかります）。

海外のお客様には、お住まいの国の通貨で表示します。

送料: 日本へのお届けは、1 個目が US$14.59 相当、2 個目から 1 個につき US$3.99 相当です。チェックアウトで日本円で表示します。ほかの国の送料は配送ポリシーをご覧ください。

関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料など: 商品は米国から発送します。お届け先の国でかかる場合は、お客様のご負担となります。

ご注文後、通常 2〜5 営業日で米国から発送します。

ご注文から日本へのお届けまでの目安は、約 14〜36 営業日です。

営業日は、土日と祝日を除く日です。日数は目安で、お約束ではありません。祝日やセールの時期は、遅れることがあります。

商品は、ご注文を受けてから作る受注生産です。そのため、お客様のご都合（イメージ違い・選び間違いを含む）による返品・交換はお受けできません。

商品の破損・不良、印刷や製造の誤り、誤配送、説明と違う商品の場合は、受け取りから 30 日以内に、注文番号と写真をメールでお送りください。無料の作り直しか、商品代金（とその税）の返金を、お客様が選べます。商品を送り返す必要はありません。

返金の場合、最初の送料はお返ししません。

法律（お住まいの国の消費者保護の法律を含む）で認められたお客様の権利は、制限されません。詳しくは返金ポリシーをご覧ください。

製造が始まる前であれば、キャンセルできます。送料も含めて、全額を返金します。

ご注文は、自動で製造に回ります。キャンセルをご希望の場合は、できるだけ早くメールでご連絡ください。

製造が始まった後は、キャンセルできません。ただし、発送が遅れる場合は、発送前であればキャンセルして、送料と税を含む全額の返金を受けられます。

Shipping: For delivery to Japan, the first puzzle costs the equivalent of US$14.59, and each additional puzzle costs the equivalent of US$3.99. The amount is shown in Japanese yen at checkout. For other countries, please see our Shipping Policy.

Customs duties, import taxes and customs fees: Our puzzles ship from the United States. If your country charges these, they are paid by you.

Your puzzle is usually made and shipped from the United States within 2–5 business days after you order.

The total time from order to delivery in Japan is about 14–36 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may take longer during holidays and busy sale periods.

Every puzzle is made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. This includes choosing the wrong design by mistake.

If your puzzle arrives damaged, has a defect or a printing or production error, is the wrong item, or does not match its description, email us within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos. You can choose a free replacement or a refund of the product price and the tax on it. You do not need to send the puzzle back.

The original shipping cost is not refunded.

This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

You can cancel your order before it goes into production. We will give you a full refund, including shipping.

Orders go into production automatically soon after they are placed, so please email us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, we cannot cancel your order. The only exception is a delay: if your order will be delayed and has not shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund, including shipping and tax.
