Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

United States
Canada
Australia
New Zealand
Japan

We do not ship to the United Kingdom or the European Union at this time.

How Long It Takes

Every puzzle is made just for you after you order. It is made and shipped from the United States by our partner, Printify.

All times below are in business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays).

Production: your puzzle is usually made and shipped within 2–5 business days after you order.
Total time: from the day you order until your puzzle arrives. The time depends on where you live.

We offer one shipping method: Standard shipping. Your puzzle is sent from the United States by a postal or delivery service to the shipping address you enter at checkout.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may take longer during holidays and busy sale periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. At checkout, they may be shown in your local currency.

For example, 2 puzzles shipped in the United States cost $6.59 + $2.99 = $9.58 for shipping.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Our puzzles ship from the United States. If you live outside the United States, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes or customs fees.

These are set by your country, not by us.
They are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
They may need to be paid by you. The delivery company may ask you to pay them.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email. It includes a tracking number when one is available, so you can see where your package is.

Please Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order.

If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. If your order has not gone into production yet, we will try to fix it, or we can cancel it for a full refund. We cannot promise to fix it, because orders go into production soon after they are placed.
We cannot be responsible for orders sent to a wrong address that you gave us.

If Your Order Is Delayed

If we cannot ship your order within the time shown above, we will email you before then with a new estimated date. If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund, including shipping and tax.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

If your order has not arrived after the total estimate above (about 11 business days in the United States, or about 36 business days in other countries), please email us as soon as you can at seek-mybook@giftarigato.com with your order number.

We will help you track it.
If your order is lost, you can choose a free replacement or a refund of the product price and the tax on it. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
