All Sales Are Final. Because our products are digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

No Refunds: Once a purchase is made and the download link is generated, the sale is considered complete. We cannot issue refunds for digital products under any circumstances.

Exceptions: If you experience technical issues with the file (e.g., the file is corrupted or the download link does not work), please contact us at contact@giftarigato.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a working file.
